Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main liaison between builders and homeowners, managing all communication regarding service requests.
• Create and process work orders related to repairs, replacements, and other service needs.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for service-related activities.
• Monitor and manage incoming service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service requests.
• Communicate warranty details and service policies to customers effectively.
• Utilize software tools like Excel and Outlook to manage tasks and track progress.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of customer needs.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to address complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules and manage appointments effectively.
• Experience in resolving customer issues and providing actionable solutions.
