Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 annually

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a Northern California clinic. In this position, you will see a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-surgical, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and the occasional lower-level neurological problem. This clinic enjoys a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate/treat orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and post-surgical cases
  • Develop personalized rehab plans
  • Utilize aquatic therapy resources (select clinics)
  • Document progress and adjust treatment protocols
  • Collaborate with support staff for optimal patient experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Must be a graduate, or graduating, from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure: CA PT license (or eligibility)
  • Technical Skills: Manual therapy, rehab protocols, aquatic therapy (optional)
  • Soft Skills: Patient-centered care, collaborative approach
