Job DescriptionSalary:

Zinda Law Group is seeking a dynamicDirector of Marketing to lead and execute all facets of marketing as we expand nationally. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience in digital marketing, preferably within a personal injury law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Lead SEO/SEM strategy and performance-driven campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and reduce CAC.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key contributor to corporate strategy as the firm grows geographically and into new specialties.
  • Analytics: Own the marketing tech stack, drive reporting and insights, and scale automation to support agile execution.
  • Brand & Content: Oversee brand integrity and innovation across all channels to increase awareness and trust in the ZLG brand.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance user journeys and conversion across digital platforms through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and support aggressive market positioning.
  • Communications: Ensure consistent internal and external messaging to elevate brand image, thought leadership, and market visibility.


Ideal Experience Profile:

  • 2+ years in a Senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or CMO level)
  • 1+ years specifically in legal marketing, preferably within a personal injury law firm
  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to capture market share as an innovator/disruptor in a competitive space
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies
  • Skilled in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
  • Experience building and scaling affiliate marketing channels
  • Strong leadership track record in hiring, mentoring, and developing top marketing talent
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to reduce customer acquisition cost and improve conversion rates through ongoing testing and automation
  • Established credibility and collaboration at the executive leadership level
  • Hands-on involvement in corporate strategy and growth initiatives

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $180,000+ OTE (depending on experience level);
  • Signing bonus of up to $25,000 for thoseeligible
