YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR IRRIGATION OPERATIONS MANAGER
We offer this management position two flexible full-time scheduling options:
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am–11:00 am
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am–12:00 pm
As our Irrigation Operations Manager, you'll oversee the irrigation team, establish company-wide standards, and manage design development. You'll prepare construction documents, train staff, evaluate new technologies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You'll also collaborate with project managers and resolve client concerns, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, or related field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 3+ years of irrigation experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of irrigation principles, systems, and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
- Ability to work independently and multitask
Experience with Land F/X is preferred for this management position.
