The individual should reside in the Philadelphia area, preferably. Requirements:

<li>Active MD license in the states of PA and CT- Preferred , ok to become licensed once hired. </li>
<li>Active DEA in the states of PA </li>
<li>Enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare </li>
<li>Open to home-care settings </li>
<li>Open to traveling within the area of Philadelphia, PA for home-care visits. (Traveling will be limited) </li>
