Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Madison, FL is seeking an experienced School Psychologist for a full school year contract starting as soon as possible. This role involves conducting prehensive educational evaluations to determine student eligibility for various programs such as IND (Independent Educational Program), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), OHI (Other Health Impairment), and SLD (Specific Learning Disability).
Responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed psychological assessments and educational evaluations in accordance with eligibility criteria.
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Providing remendations for interventions and acmodations based on evaluation results.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of evaluations and student progress.
- Conducting services in person at school locations in Live Oak and Branford, with a minimum of two days per week onsite.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting evaluations for IND, ASD, OHI, and SLD eligibility.
- Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills to engage collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
- Flexibility to work onsite at multiple locations as required.
