Sales Director
100% Remote – Must be based in MST, CST or EST
$130K–$150K Base + $30K Uncapped Commission
Team Management Role | 50%+ Travel
This is a national sales leadership role overseeing a national team. Candidates must have experience managing B2B sales teams in tangible products — wholesale, distribution, automotive, or related industries. Software or services backgrounds will not be considered.
Requirements:
8+ years of sales experience with physical/tangible products
3+ years managing a national sales team
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Willingness to travel 50%+ across assigned regions
Strong P&L acumen and experience setting sales forecasts
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coach BDMs to hit revenue targets and expand market share
Review pipeline metrics, manage funnel health, and drive accountability
Lead vendor and supplier relationships within the automotive segment
Analyze regional sales trends to inform quota setting and team performance
Develop alternate channels to expand distribution and grow accounts
Deploy sales strategies and tools to support field effectiveness
Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture
