We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! We are an electrical contracting company working in the metro-Atlanta and North Georgia areas doing residential, multi-family, and commercial electrical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement project scheduling
- Communicate with purchasing to get material ordered in timely manner
- Attend weekly sub-contractor meetings on site
- Follow budget for project and stay on target
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as liaison between upper management, field supervision, purchasing, etc.
- Manage all change-order pricing and communication to field
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project management (especially electrical or construction)
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
