Paragon Renovations is a trusted, family general contracting company specializing in residential construction, renovations, and remodeling. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in framing, trim work, and door installation, with additional experience in basic plumbing and electrical work considered a plus.
Responsibilities:

Perform framing, ensuring structural integrity and accuracy.

Install trim, molding, and doors with precision.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

Assist with site preparation, including loading/unloading materials.

Perform general cleanup of construction areas.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisor.
Requirements:

Experience in Carpentry and/or Remodeling

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
