Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Manhattan, NY . This is an excellent Temp to Perm opportunity, for someone with experience supporting C level executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences, and coordinating travel logistics.

  • Organize business dinners, corporate events, and other professional engagements.

  • Prepare high-level presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings, seminars, and external events.

  • Facilitate and manage video and conference calls, ensuring all logistics are in place.

  • Reserve and coordinate meeting spaces and ensure all necessary materials and technology are available.

  • Track and manage timelines and deliverables related to meetings and projects.

  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and maintain updated contact databases.

  • Arrange comprehensive travel plans, including visa applications, flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update organizational charts and internal documentation.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years working in a similar Executive/Administrative role

Salary: $30-37/hr



Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
