What the position entails:

- Strategy and Vision Oversight of Annual Plan:

- Oversight of the Corporate Initiatives (Annual, 3-Year, Long Term) process by combining the departmental goals and platform management for initiative and goal tracking

- Execute project plans to execute on Corporate Initiatives

- Oversee all Departments' alignment with Corporate Initiatives through directors

- Administration of the master document, and platform for updating the Agency's annual activities and timeline

- Lead the execution of annual plan through the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Business Leadership Team (BLT) in regular accountability meetings with the sole objective of accomplishing activities in alignment with the annual timeline

- Corporate Operations:

- Engineer the agency-wide processes for effectiveness and efficiency, and

create and execute project plans to achieve process improvement that align

with strategic initiatives

- Oversight of operational efficiency within and cross-departmentally for all

Departments (Operations, HR, Finance, IT/Security, Legal Compliance,

Business Development, Client Services, Marketing/Pursuits, Design,

Visual Media, Web)

- Author and manage operational budget, focusing on operational

efficiency and cost management, forecasting project pipelines and resources needed

- Oversee resource allocation by crafting and executing strategic Organization

Design plans that align with strategic initiatives

- Identify global operational risks and create plans to mitigate those

that could impact the entire agency

- Project Operations Oversight:

- Project Management: ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget,

and within scope, with an emphasis on efficiency and quality

- Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of staff to projects

- Workflow Management: Streamline internal processes within and between

departments to optimize delivery of projects

- Project Management Tools/Systems: Optimize agency's tech stack as it

relates to project delivery (ie: Google platform, ClickUp, etc.)

- KPI Tracking, Reporting and Process Improvement:

- Determine KPIs required for tracking project health

- Develop systems to track and report on project health timely and efficiently

- Responsible for regular reporting and analysis to Executive Leadership

- Develop project plans to correct areas of project health that align with global

strategic initiatives

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams (Project Managers, Operations

Coordinators, etc.)
