Project Manager – Digital Product & Design
Saatva is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Product & Design team. This role is key in driving clarity, organization, and delivery across our digital initiatives—ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to launch in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations partners to align business priorities, manage timelines, and translate strategic objectives into actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys connecting details to big-picture goals, and can keep multiple teams coordinated, focused, and moving forward.
What You'll Do

Partner with Product and Operations teams to plan, prioritize, and track design deliverables aligned with product goals.

Manage day-to-day workflows within the design organization, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.

Maintain clear and complete documentation in Jira, including requirements, acceptance criteria, and status updates.

Facilitate consistent, transparent communication between Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability.

Support vendor and partner coordination, tracking deliverables and integration timelines.
What You'll Bring

3–5+ years of experience managing digital or e-commerce projects in a product or design environment.

Strong familiarity with agile workflows and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, product, and technical teams.

Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Contentsquare.

Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
