We are seeking an experienced and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for an (Alternate) Director of Nursing (DON). This is a great opportunity to grow with a reliable healthcare team devoted to community health transformation.

Responsibilities (initial phase):
- Serve as the agency’s Director of Nursing for licensure and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to develop and maintain policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight of clinical services to ensure patient care meets state and federal standards.
- Participate in state/Medicare surveys and compliance activities.
- Available on a part-time/as-needed basis until patient census increases.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida RN license in good standing.
- Minimum [2–3] years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
- Knowledge of AHCA and CMS regulations a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Administrative experience is preferred. Opportunity to serve as an alternate administrator of the company.
Compensation:
- Competitive flat rate reimbursement for consulting services in the current pre license period
- Full time employment will come with base salary plus productivity-based reimbursement.
