Entry level position

Should be able to prepare, cook and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation of all dishes.

Follow established recipe and menu guidelines.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Should be able to properly operate, and clean all kitchen equipment with minimal supervision.

Support the culinary team in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, production, and service.

Perform other duties as directed by management.

Experience:
-
Preferred 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
