Pride Health is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in Fargo, ND. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

- Shift: Days: 4x10 Rot
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Weekly Gross: $2300
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with strong Neuro and Robotics experience to join a high-volume, Level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, 25-OR suite environment and be skilled in assisting with a variety of procedures, primarily Neuro, as well as Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, General, and Trauma.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instruments across multiple specialties
- Assist surgeons and OR staff during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient safety
- Support Neuro procedures primarily, with flexibility to assist in Ortho, ENT, Plastics, and General Surgery
- Handle and maintain surgical equipment (Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, Striker)
- Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams in a large acute-care setting
Education & Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- BLS (AHA) required
- North Dakota UAP Registry required
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of Surgical Technologist experience in a busy acute-care facility
- Strong Neuro experience required
- Experience in large hospitals (15+ OR suites preferred)
- Robotics experience required
- Proficiency with orthopedic systems: Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, or Striker
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and attention to sterile field maintenance
