Job DescriptionCodeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For:
This role supports the full system development life cycle of assigned systems, applications, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning, analysis, design, configuration, testing, integration, maintenance, and support. The position may lead smaller initiatives and contribute to larger projects in a collaborative team environment.
Initial duration is for 6-month assignment, working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and related infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve both routine and complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for support, maintenance, and project delivery.
- Follow incident and change management protocols within established service levels.
- Document systems and processes to support troubleshooting, recovery procedures, knowledge sharing, and training.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the on-call rotation; escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously seek and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Apply project management methodologies and tools where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in systems analysis or IT application support.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Pro.
- Familiarity with timekeeping, absence management, and advanced scheduling systems.
- Experience using testing platforms such as Test Assure.
- Exposure to UKG Cloud Administration.
- Experience with Boomi Integration Platform.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position starts at $65. This rate is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
