What the job is like
Pay: $40.00–$50.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Shifts: Day
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: 10 Weeks Initially

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred: Project Management or related certification a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience in program coordination, business development in a healthcare setting
Responsibilities
Lead and support projects to improve internal operations and promote business growth.
Document project scope, set clear expectations, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Plan and manage logistics for client relations, marketing, and internal operations.
Create and produce collateral marketing and event materials.
Support consultant, contractor, and vendor selection processes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with hospital and university policies.
Analyze business process flows and recommend improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and initiative.
Interact effectively with diverse and international audiences, acting as an ambassador for the department.
