Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems and associated peripheral equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robots to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic work cells.
- Execute repairs and replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, controllers, and end-effectors.
- Program and fine-tune robot paths, speeds, and logic for various manufacturing processes and applications.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure all robotic operations comply with industry standards and company protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, modifications, and system performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize robot programs and integrate new automation solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering technology.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing environment, including programming, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong understanding of PLC logic, electrical systems, and mechanical components (pneumatics, hydraulics) relevant to automated machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and software faults in robotic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and robot programming manuals.
- Adherence to industrial safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout) and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robot vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET)
- Familiarity with CAD or robot simulation software
- Advanced PLC programming or integration experience (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000)
