Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care standards.

Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and patient outcomes regularly.

Establish clear performance targets and monitor progress towards goals.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures for best practices.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care strategies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and care quality.

Conduct regular training sessions to improve nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience/Qualifications

Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably at a director level.

Commitment to continuous professional development and staff training.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Experience in performance evaluation and data analysis for nursing outcomes.

Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and care quality.
