Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care standards.

  • Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and patient outcomes regularly.

  • Establish clear performance targets and monitor progress towards goals.

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures for best practices.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and care quality.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve nursing skills and knowledge.

  • Analyze data to track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet departmental goals.

  • Encourage open communication and feedback within the nursing team.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably at a director level.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staff training.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

  • Experience in performance evaluation and data analysis for nursing outcomes.

  • Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and care quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement nursing policies effectively.

  • Ability to manage budgets and resources to meet departmental goals.

  • Experience in setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
