Job DescriptionAttorney - Creditor's Rights Established (120+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Attorney for Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy, and Insolvency Matters in Atlanta, Georgia An established firm based in Atlanta, Georgia with over 120 years in practice is seeking a Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on creditors' rights, bankruptcy proceedings, insolvency litigation, and related commercial disputes, representing secured and unsecured creditors in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court, while advising clients through complex restructuring and enforcement matters. Salary range: $190,000-$240,000+, contingent on experience

Active membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or insolvency-related matters
Strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, bankruptcy court procedures, and contested matters
Experience representing lenders, financial institutions, or corporate creditors
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills Responsibilities
Represent secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings
Handle contested matters and adversary proceedings including motions for relief from stay and objections to discharge
Advise clients on creditors' rights, enforcement strategies, and insolvency risk exposure
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs and appear at hearings and mediations as required
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to manage matters efficiently and deliver high-quality legal services
