Job Title: Director – Partner Success, Global Delivery Operations
Reports to: VP Growth Operations/MD– Global Delivery Operations
Location: Remote on the US East Coast (preferably) or based in Charlotte, North Carolina or Tampa, Florida
Travel expectations: Significant travel (40-50 days per year)

Position Summary
The Director, Partner Success – Global Delivery Readiness will support our US-based offices and partners in preparing for successful global delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners are operationally and culturally ready to leverage our global team, aligning processes, tools, and expectations to drive seamless integration and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary liaison between US partners and the global delivery team to align on expectations, workflows, and deliverables
· Develop and lead readiness assessments for offices and partners to evaluate process, technology, and people readiness for offshore delivery
· Create and deliver training and onboarding materials to educate partners on global delivery workflows, tools, and best practices
· Collaborate with global delivery leadership to design scalable partner engagement models and issue resolution frameworks
· Monitor and analyze partner satisfaction, delivery performance, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
· Support change management initiatives related to adopting global delivery, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders
· Identify and escalate risks related to partner readiness and develop mitigation strategies
· Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
· Drive alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables between US partners and our international delivery teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and seamless execution
Key Qualifications & Skills:
· 10+ years of management and leadership experience with a significant track record in professional services, accounting, or tax advisory and experience in client success, partner enablement, or global delivery preferred
· Experience supporting process transitions, global delivery, or shared services environments is highly desirable
· Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
· Proven ability to influence and drive change with senior stakeholders
· A collaborative mindset with cultural sensitivity and an ability to bridge onshore-offshore operational gaps
· Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or relevant professional services credentials are a plus
