About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Welder∙ Pay: $24.05/Hour∙ Location: Brooklyn Park, MN∙ Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Thurs 2:30PM-12AM and Fri 12PM-4PM with required O/T from time to time. Daily functions:

<li>Performs all duties and responsibilities with an emphasis on safety.</li>
<li>With close supervision, operate different types of equipment, by controlling their operation.</li>
<li>Supply production with parts to ensure continuous workflow.</li>
<li>Cross train on various machines to fill in when needed.</li>
<li>Performs frequent quality checks.</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of all programs and tooling.</li>
<li>Ability to work and communicate well with others.</li>
<li>Keep the work area clean and organized.</li>
<li>Work within all safety guidelines</li>
<li>Change tooling</li>
<li>Cross training in various positions to ensure maximum output.</li>
<li>Miscellaneous work duties and projects as directed</li>
</ol>
Desired qualifications:

<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Ability to read tape measure.</li>
<li>Safety conscious</li>
<li>Good attendance</li>

Physical requirements:

<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally during the shift.</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure.</li>
<li>Must have good physical strength and stamina, good hand-eye coordination and good dexterity in hand manipulation and muscle coordination.</li>

About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Metal Fabricator∙ Pay: $20-$26/Hour∙ Location: Plymouth, MN ∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM with required O/T when available  Daily functions:
<ol>
<li>Assemble, repair and fabricate custom metal parts by operating mechanical equipment: Shear, Automated punches, and other fabrication equipment.</li>
<li>Uses designs and plans to assure proper dimensions and tolerances are achieved.</li>
<li>Utilizes concepts, practices, and procedures of the Fabrication department.</li>
<li>Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines. Works closely with other team members and the fabrication department lead. Open bundles of materials with cutters, sorting stock – measuring/confirming size and thickness and placing material on the shear infeed table for shearing.</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate with team members to sustain a quality finished product that meets or exceeds EMI drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Must be able to measure dimensions and compare to drawing specifications as well as be able to complete/pass a basic mathematics test.</li>
<li>Always comply with safety procedures and regulations.</li>
<li>Other duties assigned to meet customer requirements are not limited to but include mechanical assembly.</li>
</ol>
Desired qualifications:
<ol>
<li>High school diploma/GED or more is preferred - equivalent experience will be considered.</li>
<li>1+ year(s) previous experience operating a shear, turret, press brake or other metal fabrication equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to measure thickness.</li>
<li>Experience with manually operated hydraulic sheet press will command closer to top of pay rate range.</li>
</ol>
Physical requirements:
<ol>
<li>This position is required to routinely lift 50 lbs., repeatedly throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Stand for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Continually perform a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, reaching, bending over, lifting, climbing, balancing, and kneeling.</li>
