About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Packing Machine Technician∙ Pay: $27/Hour∙ Location: Corcoran, MN ∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM. Daily functions:
<ol>
<li>Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.</li>
<li>Control and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.</li>
<li>Operate machines safely and efficiently during production.</li>
<li>Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or defects.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of machines and perform basic maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure that products meet quality standards and adjust as necessary.</li>
<li>Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage other department employees.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
</ol>
Desired qualifications:
<ol>
<li>3 Years of Machine operation and maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Management experience is desired but not required. </li>
<li>Basic electrical schematic understanding is required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of mechanical principles and industrial mechanics.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze machine performance data and make improvements accordingly. </li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>
</ol>
Physical requirements:
<ol>
<li>Pulling, pushing, and lifting 55lbs.</li>
<li>Standing majority of shift.</li>
</ol>

Packing Machine Technician in Corcoran, MN | $27/Hour

About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Wire Technician∙ Pay: $27/Hour∙ Location: Minneapolis, MN ∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, M-F 6AM-2:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM, or Mon-Thurs/Fri 5AM-3:30PM (need to pick one or other, but up to associate, no switching back and forth), O/T is TBD. Daily functions:

<li>Assembly and wiring of controls from layout drawings and schematics. </li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced assembly of panels.  </li>
<li>Follow detailed work instructions to assemble control panels.  </li>
<li>Wiring and components will be mounted following advanced schematics.  </li>
</ol>
Desired qualifications:
<ol>
<li>Electrical controls education or previous experience in panel building or automated control building.</li>
<li>A working knowledge of pneumatic circuits would be a plus.</li>
<li>Understand the basic principles of wiring controls.</li>
<li>Fundamental knowledge of how to read ladder logic diagrams.</li>
<li>Must have a fundamental knowledge of how to read ladder logic diagrams.  </li>
</ol>

<li>Must be able to stand on your feet and work throughout the day.</li>
